Weeks 4 to 8
We configure the outbound motion, brief your partners, and train your team on the discipline before any touchpoint fires. The first wave runs under oversight, so the content and sequencing can be adjusted before scale.
Weeks 9 to 14
As accounts warm up, your sellers run the diagnostic conversations with us coaching or co-facilitating. Each one ends in a designed Proof of Value with the contract embedded in it, so the proof itself closes the deal.
Week 14 onwards
Now the system runs as a permanent capability. Every Navigation conversation feeds back into Chassis, sharpening your targeting for the next cycle. We move from concierge delivery into a lighter advisory cadence, with the option to embed deeper as you scale.
